DRIED MANGO

Ingredients:

mango — 4 pcs.

Preparation:

Wash and dry the mango. Separate the pulp from the peel, cut the pulp on both sides of the pit, peel. By the way, it is better to take firm, dense, not overripe fruits for drying.

Slice each half of the pulp lengthwise into 4–5 mm thick slices.

Place an oven rack on a baking sheet. Place the mango slices on it and dry in the fan mode at 110 °C for 1 hour. Then reduce the temperature to 50 °C and leave to dry for about a day.

The dried mango is ready.
