Try to prepare these roasted baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic. They cook in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 kg unpeeled baby potatoes, rinsed and dried thoroughly.
80 gr lamb fat tail
2 cloves minced garlic
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
How to prepare:
First: gather all ingredients together and melt a lamb fat in pan.
Secondly: combine potatoes, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss until potatoes are covered and garlic is evenly distributed. Transfer to the pan.
Thirdly: fry in the pan, shaking every 3 minutes to prevent burning, until potatoes are crispy on the outsides and fork-tender on the insides, about 20 minutes.
