Fried Asparagus with champignons

Roasted asparagus is a great side dish. It’s quick and easy to make. And it’s delicious, too. I love mushrooms. I added champignons to asparagus. They turn out very tasty.

Ingredients:

¼ cup butter

3 tablespoons olive or corn oil

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

3 cloves minced garlic,

500 gr trimmed fresh asparagus spears

How to prepare:

First, gather all ingredients together

Secondly, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper; cook and stir until garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Thirdly, add the asparagus and cook until it is tender, turning the asparagus frequently to ensure even cooking, about 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
