
Ingredients:
- water – 125 g
- white vinegar – 119 g
- ginger – 4 g
- sugar – 73.5 g
- salt – 18 g
- yellow onion slice – 200 g
- sliced cabbage- 1600 g
- carrot shredded- 200 g
- sliced cucumber- 500 g
Method:
- In a salad bowl combine first five ingredients. Add vegetables.
- Toss thoroughly and refrigerate at least one hour.
- Serve.
