ACAR SALAD, INDONESIAN CUISINE

Ingredients:

  • water – 125 g
  • white vinegar – 119 g
  • ginger – 4 g
  • sugar – 73.5 g
  • salt – 18 g
  • yellow onion slice – 200 g
  • sliced cabbage- 1600 g
  • carrot shredded- 200 g
  • sliced cucumber- 500 g

Method:

  1. In a salad bowl combine first five ingredients. Add vegetables.
  2. Toss thoroughly and refrigerate at least one hour.
  3. Serve.
