People love and often buy burgers in restaurants, but you can cook them at home. The recipe is very simple. The main thing is to fry delicious cutlets from ground beef and prepare the remaining ingredients – tomato, pickles, onions and cheddar cheese. For the sauce, take ketchup, grainy mustard and mayonnaise – this is the perfect addition to meat.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
Burger buns – 2 pcs.
Minced beef – 400 g
Tomato – 50 g
Pickled cucumbers – (2 pcs.)
Purple onion – (1 medium-sized)
Ketchup – 4 tbsp.
Grain mustard – 1 tsp.
Salt – 0.25 tsp (to taste)
Ground black pepper – (to taste)
Vegetable oil – (5 tbsp).
Place the ground beef in a bowl. Add only salt and ground pepper to the mince.
Form two round cutlets from the minced meat.
You can use any mold to form the cutlets.
Add grain mustard and mayonnaise to the ketchup.
Mix everything thoroughly – the sauce is ready.

Wash, peel and dry the onion and tomato. Cut the tomato into slices, cut the onion into rings and separate them.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into slices.Cut the burger buns in half.
Dry the buns in a grill pan for a few minutes until golden brown.
Fry the cutlets for 6 minutes on each side.
Carefully pierce the cutlet and check for readiness – the juice should be clear, but the meat should not be red.

Start forming the burger. Place onion rings on top of the buns. Place 1/4 of the ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard sauce on the buns with onions.

Place hot patties on top of the sauce. Place pickled cucumbers on top. And tomato slices on top of the cucumbers.

Cover everything with the other halves of the buns.
Homemade hamburgers with ground beef patty are ready to serve.
