Heat the frying pan and put the trout steaks on it. Fry on medium heat, under the lid for 3 minutes. When I put the fish on the frying pan, I poured 2-3 tbsp of the sauce in which it was marinated. Then turn the fish over, add another 1-2 spoons of sauce if desired and cover the pan with a lid again. Fry for another 3-4 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
